Industry Solution for Automotives

OR soft offers an industry solution for components suppliers on the basis of SCHEDULE++ and SAP ERP module PP. Additional information from SAP ERP module PM and from SAP SCM can be processed.
This solution represents all data which describe the production process.
Capacities, materials, tools and human resources can be planned simultaneously while maintenance orders will be considered, too. An alert system indicates the deficits of the situation.
Such conflict situations can be solved quickly using the optimization algorithms. Alternatively or additionally an planner can work on a plan with the help of various manipulation possibilities. Working in the simulation mode allows to determine several "What if" scenarios.

By means of this solution technological characteristics can be considered, e.g.

• alternative work places
• dynamic computation of setup time for the relation between previous operation and subsequent operation on a machine
• use of arrangement buffers between processing steps
• consideration of temporal restrictions with regard to the subsequent treatment of semi-finished products (life)
• check of tool availability
